Golden Chick App

I just picked up an app order. I am a handicapped, elderly person. I have a hard time getting in and out of my car and walking. I decided to pick up my app order through the drive-through and the woman at the window gave me such a bad reprimand that I needed to come in and pick my orders up. I have a handicap sticker in my window and she said next time you must come in through the doors to pick up my order. I just decided to get the app. I have been on Facebook customer for many years at the same location. She is a new face. I expressed to her that I would not be coming to pick her up. Pick anything up from here again. So sad that you have employees like that I also did not receive a receipt.

The app works well. When I first tried it I had issues with adding a payment, but those have since been fixed. I’d really appreciate a tip option when placing a delivery order. Currently I’m cash apping the drivers afterwards because this app lacks that feature.

I ordered my food through the app. Went to the drive thru to pick up my food like I had done many times before. Then was told I had to go inside to pick up…. There was not one other car in the drive thru. Not ONE. The store was dead. But they refused to get my food unless I went inside. So I did. Then they barely looked at me to wait on me, again…. No one in drive thru, and like 1 other customer sitting in the dining room… someone finally came over to me…. Just to grab my food from the little warmer to hand to me. How was that not something that could have been done through the window? I mean, if it was busy and they were still making my food… okay, that would have made sense. But not this. I was not happy.
