“I’m extremely disappointed with my experience. I booked a room with breakfast included for my stay from November 2nd to November 4th, but upon arrival, I was told that breakfast wasn’t included. This miscommunication was frustrating and set a negative tone right from the start. The room itself was very small and in poor condition—stuffy, unpleasantly odorous, and far below basic standards of cleanliness and comfort. The situation was so bad that I couldn’t stay for the entire duration of my reservation and ended up checking out early on November 3rd, booking a different hotel for the night of November 3rd to 4th. Overall, I feel I didn’t get the value I paid for and am unlikely to use either Goibibo or this hotel in the future. I hope they address these issues to provide a better experience for future guests.”

I got excellent offers from Goibibo for hotels and flight for my domestic trip to Kullu Manali. It gave me the best price compared to other websites. Further, Goibibo app gives more offers as well. All in all, convenient to use and best to search for good hotels. The reviews posted on hires in Goibibo and the rating given are precisely right. I will definitely book for my upcoming trips as well.

First of all they send you emails after you check every flight and or hotel. I just got ten emails immediately after I checked a few hotels. This is creepy and a breach of my privacy. Also the fees are now too hidden until you check out, rates double above what they advertise. I am now switching travel providers. Two years ago this app and company was great but now its bloated and fraud. Oh and you can never really use the points your earn, the charges just come back in higher convenience fees.
