fynd app is very good if you need clothes and goods instantly. The process is very fast and approval is done in a few hours. fynd app is very much useful in critical situations when you need money. Like a good friend where we rely on them when we need help. Nice experience the first time. Very helpful and quick support, user-friendly. In this COVID19 situation, this is the best application to find out the solution. Thanks, team however requesting you to increase the limit as well for regular customers and for those whose repayment is showing on time.

Order for items which show up as available on Fynd, are cancelled if you use coupons. Of the last 6 items I have ordered across three different orders, 5 have been cancelled saying items are unavailable. Most items were available for days after I placed my original order and some are available today as well. As along as you don’t use a high discount coupon, they deliver. Fynd Team - Please don’t offer coupons if you can’t honour them. Also, please keep your inventory updated. The app crashes every few minutes. Especially if you go to the Lego section. The standard response from the developer to all reviews seems to be that the reviewer should write to Fynd Customer Care. I will not be writing separately to Fynd Customer Care. Please consider this detailed feedback.

I could see that the sleepwear and jacket I wanted showed that S size was available. I ordered both and paid with my credit card. I got a Message after few hours that both not available and refund was initiated. Even now it shows its available so I reordered it but received the same message not available. Also one can’t talk to the customer care. I have tried chatting online twice but still haven’t received any reply. It’s more than 48 hours. The two stars I gave because I ordered a pair of shoes which was delivered on time. Else I won’t recommend anyone to shop here. Highly disappointed.
