Most the time when I open the app to check my balance I’m met with “available 2 days ago”. Makes it very frustrating to check my actual account balance as it won’t update for multiple days at a time. I’ve reached out to customer support and am met with “is your app up to date?”, of course it is. However the app still fails to update and customer support has no other solution for these problems. I deposited a check 3 days ago and the amount still has not shown up in my available balance. When trying to view the deposited check the app says “oops, something went wrong with the server”. Terrible app.

Simple yet has all the convenient banking features like the big box brand banks offer . Easy to transfer, Zelle, pay, get paid, link accounts and yet the banking app is user friendly and just what you need in today’s modernized financial world. First class operation that pay personal attention when requested. Best banking in the desert in my opinion. Cheers DC
