Decent cranes, but cant get what I wanted
I’d downloaded this as well as looked all over the site on my laptop specifically because I was excited to try and get items from the Identity V collaboration, only to find that it won’t let me try for them at all because of my location being US. It’s incredibly disappointing looking at all of the cool collaboration prizes, only to log in and see that the selection is actually very limited. The cranes work fine, but it’s very easy for the box to get irreparably stuck with no hope of really fixing it.

Play is good but little else
Clarity of the camera is impressive. Would like to see more of a variety of prizes and quality items. The prizes are very tiny compared to what you pay to play. It can take several times entering shipping data for it to register so be patient. I would like to see a button added that would quickly allow you to go to machines that people are playing as I really enjoy watching others play.
