A- The app is buggy and sometimes doesn’t connect to the network. It goes into a loop and ask to call the call center. The the call center suggest to use the app for faster responses. -> suggestion 1: please improve the app performance -> suggestion 2: if you suggest to call the call center, default to a phone line and message that corresponds to the app failure in the first place. B- the app has random waiting times that never Correspond to the reality of wait times. Drivers on the map are not accurate C- there is no way to modify an itinerary or add a stop or anything else. It would be ideal to do so to stay on par with other taxi apps that have been offering this for quite some time.
