No option to change measure of weight or distance.
I have had this watch for a little while and there is not a way to change the weight to pounds and distance to miles. I have tried getting into the settings but can’t find a way. If there is a way, please tell me and I will change my rating.

More Health Related Stats
Looking for more health apps on watch faces. I’ve been playing with the watch for the past several days and cannot find a watch face with more health related info. I’m 78-years old and would like to see more health stats such as heart rate, blood pressure, ECG, temperature, readily available when looking at the watch without having to constantly going to apps within the watch.
