Decent app with great potential, here are a few suggestions to make it better and more personal. 1) The Most Important One - For blood glucose: Instead of having 3 meals at a fixed time everyday, why not allow your users to customize the number of meals and their meal times to better reflect the true changes in blood glucose value. Being able to input your real blood glucose value is already great, let’s make it even better! 2) Please add elliptical to choice of exercises / sports. 3) Please allow for custom watch face using photos from the users. Then allow them to add options such as steps/heart-rate/blood-glucose, calendars, notifications and/or battery levels besides time & date. I believe adding the above features would be a great start, I look forward to seeing this app evolve into something greater. Thank you for your attention!

A lot of the features on the app are unavailable using my iphone14. While the watch says it is sync’d and I can see text messages and some other notifications, none of the biometrics are detected. I always get a message saying “device not detected”. None of the settings are editable such as changing units (I have to convert mmol/L to mm/dl manually) and I cannot access the suggested calibration step. For glucose monitoring As noted by others, the weather data and other phone interactions also don’t work. The watch itself seems to decently work, but the glucose reading seems really off compared to my other monitor and not sure if it’s actually helpful. And I cannot perform Calibration as suggested. Many times it also doesn’t seem to recall your past readings, so after a reading you have to be looking at the watch to see it, otherwise watch immediately jumps back to home screen. So if you miss it you have to run the test reading again. Tech support seems non-existent and the videos I do find do not match at all what I actually am seeing in this watch and app. I will be returning this item as it is not meeting my needs.

The watch is accurate on my PO2, Temp, Heart rate, and to my extreme surprise, the blood pressure tracks a Baumonometer. The blood sugar tracks provided I calibrate it against a stick at the start of each day, but after that the variations track well! Much better than sticking your finger every 30 minutes or so like I did the first couple days to check it! Ive become quite addicted to the watch, but it disappeared from the web location from which I acquired it when I went to refer my friends. Excellent job!
