FTX.US Pro: Trade Crypto

I too like many others that have used the app filed a support ticket because the app keeps saying I need to verify my identity, I opened a ticket over 3 was ago, sent them the error message that I seen, and nothing, crickets, FTX, do you care about the customers that are making you money? Or you just care about taking peoples money and not run your business the way it should. It’s no wonder why you have enough money in your coffers to buy Voyager. I can only imagine how you will treat voyagers customers who have had their holdings frozen bcuz they didn’t know how to run their business and had to go bankrupt. Not a good look for you at all. Remember, people talk, bad news spreads fast, with all this technology you could do better and make lifelong relationships instead of bad practices keeping people away. My real star rating is zero, had to give one cuz no other option.

Even though this is a solid app to trade crypto, it holds itself back with the exorbitant time it takes for a deposit to go through. While I am new to trading crypto, I am very familiar with trading. And the wait times are nothing short of exhausting. If that were not as much of an issue to me as I allow it to be, This app would be near perfect. What makes this all the more frustrating is the amount I am able to deposit at once. I have not found this to be an issue on my other trading apps, so to find a limit of a few thousand to process at a time is jarring. Your mileage will obviously vary depending on the amount you plan to invest. One last gripe I’ve found myself with is the lack of a support line. This however is more than forgivable since I understand this is a relatively new platform. Beyond this, everything else this app provides is seamless.

Haven’t begun to use it to trade just yet (just downloaded). Right off the bat this looks like a GREAT trading platform!! Seriously yo. Been using FTX charts on trading view for a long time and I didn’t even know they were available in the US. Lots and lots of cryptos to offer. Coming from Robinhood (they were/are practically stealing money from people by freezing markets; doge, GME, etc.) this looks WAY WAY better than RobbingtheHood. Lots of specs and information for technical analysis. And you get a real wallet! Like I said lots of cryptos to trade! This is awesome I can’t wait to start using this!
