Friendship State Bank

FSB has been my bank for over 60 years. It have lived in several places and had accounts with other banks, but Friendship has been by far the best. Never had issues and whenever you need something, you get help immediately. I don’t live close anymore, but this will always be my home bank because it has been dependable and loyal all these years.

From a small business stand point the services and staff are amazingly helpful and understanding. From a personal stand point, having the ability to talk to a real person on the phone and have things explained to you at your own speed is just reassuring. Everyone is happy to help and always on your side. Even when thing don’t go the way you would hope, it’s better to be told in a way you can understand rather than a typical banking experience that has you feeling less thankful for being talked down to like a child. Thanks for the changes. I’m not one who likes change but you knocked this one over the wall. We are able to make notes which I like a lot and most of all very easy to use for all the (electronically challenged ) type. If it had a way to total all the dollar amounts for a category it would be perfect. Thanks again I like it.
