Good app for tracking Glucose levels, helps alot. Few issues need to be resolved: - (critical) Keeps disconnecting and have to manually scan the sensor for data, I did all instructions to resolve it, non worked. It happens so often and unfortunately I miss sleeping Lows/highs, etc. - Discrepancy in TIR reports between the app and the websites’ (+/-1% so far), same with average glucose levels etc. - Sensor approved locations are limited on the body, would prefer to have it approved on the abs/ thighs to keep it discrete.
Tho recently I encountered an issue at tells me that my glucose levels are going low just now it walked me up and told me that my glucose levels are between 60 and 55 or 50 and when I went in the app, the graphic did not show that my level spikes went lower than 70 and that’s an issue that needs to be fixed ASAP. To be fair the developers of this device + the app have saved my life and my HbA1C has gone from 14 down to 7.2 because of this app so thank you
I think it’s an okay app but it would be wonderful if they add these features: (1) to be able to see the notes and doses in the daily graph instead of going back to the logbook. (2) be able to use the little dot in the graph to go back and see the exact number just like the Libre linkUp app. (3) if we could put multiple alarms for example one when it’s at 70 and one when it’s at 55 so we know if it’s still going down after correction and same with the high glucose levels. (4) multiple sounds options for the alarms because I got used to the sound and I don’t wake up to them at night anymore
