I like FPL better than the other charging stations fpl chargers are easy to locate and they charging stations always working haven’t had a problem yet FPL keep up the good work I just ask that install more locations

The FPL EVolution network is hands down the best charging network in Florida, setting a high standard for reliability and accessibility. Florida Power & Light has made incredible strides in building out EV infrastructure, but there’s still a need for even more charging stations to meet growing demand across the state. Unfortunately, opposition groups like Charge Ahead partnerships and certain retail players such as Racetrack and Wawa seem to be more focused on preventing utilities like FPL from expanding charging infrastructure rather than taking meaningful action themselves. It’s time to let utilities lead the charge for Florida’s EV future!

On the DC fast charging side, they really need to fix UI for the charger type selection. Even though it defaults to CCS, you have to select it again or you can’t start charging. Just non-intuitive design. I had to help several people at the FPL charger. For home charging, it needs more features from the Wallbox application including system restore and WiFi configuration. If your charger locks up (and it will), as others have noted, this app is worthless. You have to call an 800 number, then wait 2-4 days for Wallbox to contact you. They then have to give you temporary access to the Wallbox application you should be using in the first place because this application has no advanced control functions for the charger.
