I would be lost (and hungry) without Foodmandu. On those nights when I am tired and don’t have the energy to cook, It is lovely to be able to open the app and order food. Usually it arrives within 45 minutes. I really like being able to see the progress of my order in the app. I know exactly when I should be outside waiting for the driver.

They have to fine tune the app scheduling of the riders. Customer sevice is harrassing customers after each bad review made. The survey is our right of judgement they should rather work in improving the service rather they harass customers by callin them . Order time was delayed by more that hours . And restaurants can do what they want if we complain about special requests they will come back saying restaurant said this is what we get . Its already made. Imwhy have the special request then . Let them put served as it is. Still the customer service is adamant about calling customers . If i could i would give 0 star

I loved how I used to be able to use my credit card on this app. However, for about 6 months now, I keep getting an error message saying my credit card could not be processed. I tried multiple cards, but the same issue arises. Please fix this problem.
