Focus Lock: Block Apps & Focus

This app has changed my life! As someone with ADHD and an overflowing calendar, balancing work and passion projects and school and family, tasks seem daunting and they pile up until I’m overwhelmed. This app is not like other focus apps because you can’t just ex out of the timer if you don’t want to do it- you have to finish the task!! It’s brought discipline and organization to my life- thank you!

I got this app after having Flipd for a few years. It’s so perfect for concentration while studying or anything that requires focus. I have a serious phone addiction, especially when studying, so the fact that Focus blocks my apps is perfect and helps me so much!!!

Overall the app is nice to help keep you focused and force you to not use apps that would otherwise distract you. My only big annoyances with this app, are the fact that you have to pay a subscription after the first three uses and that when you try to set which apps you want white listed or black listed it will often glitch out and not save them (plus your limited to 50 apps, this includes basic ones such as messages, photos, App Store, maps, etc.)
