Since when are babies and toddlers allowed in sessions and the Expo? Strollers in the Expo take up room and are a trip hazard when crowded. If they are not allowed then more "policing" is needed.
The app does not allow you to save the user ID and password. This makes logging in very cumbersome and wastes precious time. Once in the app is great. Hope you fix this issue for next year.
The layout of the Pennsylvania Convention Center has a very confusing layout. Please provide a facility map next time vs an expo center map. I have spent much time trying to navigate the space and have been late for multiple sessions as a result. Even the facility staff are frustrated that no one seems to know where they are going!
