Individuals, don’t bother. Wish they had mentioned this before wasting my time. 5 stars because all their apps are excellent.

We use Fluix to push and pull large documents to students, each week. We average 30-40 students per week and each will get several .pdf’s that can be 20-30MB in size. The app allows a student to call up specific documents pertinent to that week’s course, mark them up in either their own handwritten notes or text. Once done, they can “Submit” the documents to themselves but instead of getting a large .pdf file in their email, which can often exceed the attachment size, the student receives a link to download their document, at their convenience. This process works flawlessly. It does have a small learning curve but there is quite a bit of flexibility in the “Workflow” feature that makes setting up documents for a class, an effort of only a minute or two. This app never crashes and does a very good job of holding the place of where a student leaves off on one day and picks up on the next.

Customizable platform that really works. Fluix has helped my business flourish by removing all paperwork (saving me time and money) and transitioning into paperless workflows using iPad pros. The program does sometimes encounter glitches but the Fluix team at Readdle Inc. has always responded to my questions and suggestions. I’ve been using it for about 6 months and will continue!
