I was trying to rebook my flight and keep calling the customer service for the 5th time for 4 days and all the customer service just keep telling the same information asking me to wait to received an email regarding flight quotation for the rebooking of the flight. I waited for days and I didn’t received an email until I didn’t able to rebook my flight already. Looks like they did on purpose. Now I have to book another flight into another airflight company and this time the airfare ticket is more expensive due to the days that pass by expecting for the flight centre to provide immediate solution to my concern but I think I just wasted time. This is my first time using flight centre and I think will be the last as this is the worst experience ever I had booking a flight. I wasted so much money and time booking in this app. Highly not recommended. Worst service. Careful using this app.
There are so many global companies that people can use for air-travels but I preferred flight centre thinking they are Australia local so must have a high standard in case of any problem. Booked a flight for my family traveling with toddler and a checked baggage through to final destination. First Jetsar refused to do check baggage through to final destination connecting with Etihad airways but flight centre gave us wrong information and that were the reason I booked that connection. Baggage weight allowance were also not correct which i requested to have it allowed as Etihad airways had the correct info. Customer service: Tried calling multiple agents every time picked up by someone who cannot right the correct spelling even said it in phonetic language, spent almost 18 minutes he couldn't locate the booking. Called again emergency line, she located the booking what a great achievement at the time but turns out she cannot disclose any information because i am not authorised, I mentioned the travellers are up in flight and there first flight got delayed and now they will re check baggage which were not properly booked through flight centre and I am the person who purchased the tickets from my own card and now you saying I cannot manage or ask for help. Got zero help zero hope. Recommendations: Dont book through them or specially through online app as you will end up dealing with highly un professional peoples. Had no experience with agents sitting in shops of flight centre but keep in mind never go with their online service. For me found less than a one star service.
