The app is easy to use and has a good UI, connects to my KNAON thermal printer which I mainly use for printing shipping labels. I had a bad experience beforehand with an awful printer and app but this one doesn’t have issues with relearning the paper or anything. The only annoyance is that as far as I know you can’t have multiple pages in your lineup and choose to print 1 or 2, and the reason that would be useful is because when you use the regular crop features (which are very useful) you can’t apply it on just one page. Sometimes I’ll get a pdf with a label and packing slip and I only want to crop the label page or I want to crop the packing slip differently and it won’t let me do unique crops on each page.

I was using a wired thermal label printer for years in my eBay business. I had to use my laptop to import the photos and all that hassle. With this printer. I just plug in the printer in my house and leave it. When I’m ready to print I just move the label over and hit print from my phone from anywhere in the house. So much easier. Love it!
