This app came with my printer. I cannot get the driver installed for my computer so I’ve been having to use this. It’s awful. It doesn’t have many options and the crop options don’t even have the appropriate label size. The labels print blocky and the lines bleed into each other. I am trying flashlabelpro now. I might return the printer if the issue isn’t the app. Really frustrating all around. It has very few options and it’s hard to get the results you want with such simple features.

The thermal printer I have uses this app through Bluetooth and it works perfectly fine for me. Only weird thing I notice is when importing files to print from ios the file button is in Japanese but, the file icon helps you through the process! 👍🏻

Once I got through figuring out the first time, it has worked fine for me. UPS and usps labels have had no issues. It seems like the app could be a little more intuitive and streamlined but it does work once you get the hang of it.
