Great app. Easy to use. Let’s you quickly and easily identify and report trouble/problem areas. Things I have reported have not generally been repaired/remedied immediately, but they have gotten fixed eventually within a reasonable timeframe. Have to to be reported to get fixed… just do it!

It’s like having a direct pipeline into the city / county offices Every request may not be fulfilled BUT every request is acknowledged , answered in a quick/ timely manner. I’m often amazed at how quickly a request for a street repair or a new traffic sign / light is addressed and completed. Much to the credit to those who administer / maintain this site / app , the field supervisors who research and evaluate project requests and the hard working staff who accomplish them . Thanks for all the potholes fixed , crosswalks repainted and especially the signs & lights on Cactus that I’m sure keeps drivers and pedestrians safe J

So far so Good I reported a few minor things in the neighborhood, the one was fixed in hours, one they said had to be fixed by a different department and forwarded to them and the other said it was out of their jurisdiction… so overall it does get stuff done! One improvement would be connect and do other things like with the post office to fix mail boxes, team up with police or neighborhood watch. Make this app more noticeable, send out invites like the next door app, invite people to use this app
