Why did this app change? I was able to pull up my bill for years now all of a sudden it’s a “contact” app? Someone please get this app updated so we can review or pay or bills ASAP!

Thought I could easily pay the bill but it’s not even an option. I don’t want to rattle on people. This app is dumb.

I even reset my password on my pc and logged out then logged in with the same credentials and again it didn’t accept. I did forgot password on the app and it didn’t recognize my email yet I had just reset it on my pc and the email worked there. I confirmed the app has the exact same logo as the website and it does so there’s no discrepancy other than the app won’t work on my iPhone 6s with IOS 12.4. It’s supposed to work with iPhone IOS 8 and above. Please fix. Thanks I changed the review because I just created an account and see it’s unrelated to my account on the website. I log in to pay my water and trash bill, this app only allows you to whine about others - such as people parking on the street, etc. This app should allow full site use such as paying utility bills. It’s useless to me. I increased from 1 star to 3 since there are others that like to complain about everything and everyone in their world,but I’d just like to pay my bills with it!
