What a terrible app! I switch to a new phone and try to log into my existing account, it recognised my mobile number but still requested me to sign in with my FB (and this is the one and only option). Then guess what? This app is NOT active on FB! RIDICULOUS. I will never be able to log into my existing account. Why bother using FB when your customer already has an account with their mobile number???? If you don't want your loyal customer to come back, just keep your awful app as it is.

One of my favourite takeaways. Unlike uber eats you can make a note about allergies (please include onions as an exclusion!!). But if you just want to do a quick reorder you can’t do it with Apple Pay. Infuriating to not have that as an option as you have to put your whole order back on again.

I’m not sure if the app automatically marks the order as ‘ready to be picked up’ after the 15mins mark? Whilst standing there waiting with no other customers, I finally flagged down a staff who had no idea about my order. Then finds my order from the printer and it hasn’t even been made. What’s the point in me ordering earlier and I have to wait almost 20mins for it? I should have just lined up and it would have been faster. Also, the first time I used it, it was so confusing. Why are the yellow bars continuing to move like it’s ‘in progress’ when it’s ’ready’? Myself and with 2 others were standing there waiting to only to see it was ‘ready’ but the bars don’t change. Stupid.
