The app is very resourceful and user friendly, and when it works, it provides a smooth experience. However, it crashes frequently. There are times when it will not open at all, and other times when transactions go through without being deducted immediately, which can later result in unexpected overdraft charges. I have also received notifications about password changes that I did not initiate, and there are moments when the app simply does not function, causing delays in scheduled transactions. Overall, it is not a bad app, and its ease of use is a strong advantage. I am giving it four stars because it is user friendly, but there is a clear need to improve stability and fix these recurring issues.
The app is terrible. I tried for so many days to register with my existing account but the app kept saying device mismatch.
So no one is going to explain and show how to fix this problem of why they keep on saying new device detected
