Face ID login implementation raises a security concern. If someone knows your phone’s passcode, they can unlock the device, enroll a new face, and potentially gain access to the banking app that relies solely on Face ID. This creates a situation where compromising the phone passcode may also compromise access to the bank account. For better security, the app should offer an independent app-specific passcode or PIN that is separate from the device passcode. This would add an extra layer of protection and ensure that access to the banking app is not entirely dependent on the security of the phone itself. I hope the developers consider adding this feature in a future update.

I only started using their banking service because I thought it was premium but boy was I wrong. I can’t reset my pw for a month now. I have called customer service and I always get the same message we forwarded your issue to our IT department. I can’t login to my account and just no help. I have written to their email multiple times but alas no answer. This service is just sh**t. I am so disappointed. I can’t wait to get back to Ghana and just end my banking with them. Horrible app, horrible customer service. Word of advice, maybe get people who actually know IT. This is so premative. I can roll my eyes enough 🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄

It is quite basic when compared to other banking apps. Unable to purchase treasury bills or even access your credit card statement. It needs more features to be relevant.
