This bank is awesome great for your banking needs, even called when I had it for over a month and asked if I needed anything like credit cards maybe loans I’m not sure exactly because I never returned there call but I really should check it out. App needs to improve by having alerts for every transaction that you go through and also I wish they had 2-3 days earlier on there direct deposits. Other than that I feel very secure and fulfilled with firelands.

New app is much easier to navigate and view account details. All accounts I’m connected to are now listed in one place under one login. Paying bills, transferring money, and updating personal information has never been easier. Overall a huge improvement to the mobile banking experience.

This is no ordinary app. Don’t like the layout of the app.? You can change it! Track your spending, set up purchase alerts, transfer money, remote deposit checks, pay bills and much more. Think your debit/credit card is lost/ stolen after hours or the weekend? No worries! You are able to temporarily block your cards and unblock them if they are found later from the convenience of your phone. This app ROCK!!
