I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by Fino Bank. I have been trying to contact customer support for assistance, but it is almost impossible to get any help. Even the IVR system does not connect properly, which makes it very frustrating for customers who need urgent support. A bank should provide reliable customer service, but unfortunately Fino Bank fails to do so. There is no proper response, and customers are left without any solution to their problems. This kind of poor service creates a lot of inconvenience and disappointment. I hope Fino Bank takes this feedback seriously and improves its customer support system, including the IVR service, so that customers can easily reach out and get their issues resolved.

I've been using the Fino Payments Bank app for a few months now, and it's been a smooth experience. The interface is clean and user-friendly, and all essential services like balance check, money transfer, and mini statements are easily accessible. Transactions are quick and secure, and I appreciate the regular updates that improve performance and add features. Customer support is also responsive.
