I am so grateful to work at a company that offers in fit because there are times when money is tight and bills are due and you still have to pay to eat to get insurance for the car to have the lights in the water on and I really appreciate being able to get those extra funds to help me not only make it through but to be able to be OK

I didn’t need any money I Simply took out a $300 loan just to see how this company works since my employer offered this under “financial services”. They don’t give you an option to stretch the payments out with options like 4 months, 6 months or a year and within two weeks, they were withdrawing money from my paycheck. About 50 something dollars to be exact. If someone actually needs a loan, it means that they’re struggling so the first payment shouldn’t be for at least another month. Not within the first two weeks. So here we are down to my final payment which for some reason it was a mere 24 cents. Guess what? Interest turned that 24 cents into 94 cents. 70 cents for interest! Why didn’t you take the whole amount?? So guess what? It states that my next payment is for 33 cents with a total balance of 66 cents. Probably so they can add another interest charge to keep me in the loop. Once I noticed this was happening I added my debit card for a one time charge to pay off the last amount which was less than a dollar. Now here comes the fun part, canceling your account. For one, let me just mention that the actual Finn fit app on this App Store has been down for over a week, redirecting customers to the mobile site. On the mobile site, there is no option to cancel your account. Only a phone number. When you call, there’s a message that plays that says they are currently unable to answer your call. Moral of the story is : don’t do business with this company. This is probably the most realistic review you will ever see on here. I will be notifying all of my coworkers to stay far away from this company and services and reaching out to human resources to see if we can get this pulled from our financial section of our employer site

FinFit saved my life. I love FinFit. Truthfully they work with you on everything and provide means for you when it feels impossible with other institutions, the set up for it to pull out of your paycheck is amazing, the refinancing options, the leniency, the rewards… everything. It’s a true hidden gem.
