Find My Fitbit ++

So I have to admit I was skeptical at first. I had to send my Fitbit back to the company because the clasp broke so they sent me a new one and of course I couldn’t find the band. So I’ve been carrying the fit bit in my pocket until my new band arrives. And of course I lost my Fitbit over the weekend. I knew it was in my house and I had an idea about the general area it had to be in but of course i didn’t see it. So I downloaded this app in hopes of finding my Fitbit. Anyway, I found it! So happy it worked. It was a little frustrating that it was picking up other Bluetooth items that I couldn’t turn off but it wasn’t bad and this app does work!

First problem, I paid for the premium service for life to use. Once you use it and close the app, when you relaunch it, it asks if you want to purchase the premium service again. In very tiny writing at the bottom is “ restore purchase “. I didn’t delete the app, why do I have to hit restore every time I use it? Very deceptive. I keeps using it because I still haven’t found my Fitbit. Second problem, it says signal is weak or strong and where device is listed, it says iPad. I’m using my phone to find my Fitbit which is what this app is supposed to do. Why is it finding my iPad which is sitting on my desk? If I use my iPad to search for it, the device listed is my iPhone which is right next to me. It is finding everything that isn’t lost and not finding my Fitbit at all. I know it’s somewhere close because when I hit sync on my phone it updates immediately. This app is complete garbage. This is old man with a 3-strand comb-over hot trash. This app stinks more than humidity-soaked hookers using wet wipes to bathe. I want my money back.

I purchased this app yesterday evening. Although my fit bit was next to it it said it had a week signal. Battery was full on my phone and fit bit. I plugged it in anyway. Started a new scan a multitude of time where it found devices that weren’t connect and were actually off, and two items I didn’t recognize m, maybe from someone else’s home. I had to repeatedly start the scan just so it would look for the ionic. It found it probably 2 or 3 times out of 15 to twenty scans if not more. I finally started to record my screen after a while so people could see this was no exaggeration. I don’t know how you have so many happy customers when you can’t find what your supposed to be looking for. All other blue tooth connectivity was off except the ionic. There should be small print that says results not typical. And shame on the App Store for not checking out what they sell. Additionally, make the bad reviews as easy to get to as the good reviews. Could have saved ton time!
