The Faras app looks great on the surface – the interface is clean and user-friendly. But don’t let that fool you. On iOS, the app is a complete mess. Every time I try to order a car, it says “error” and refuses to go through, no matter how many times I try. Then it automatically logs me out without warning, which is incredibly frustrating. The worst part? After giving up and closing the app, I reopen it later only to find out it actually did place the order — even though it showed an error before. This has happened multiple times, and it’s totally unacceptable for a service that’s supposed to be reliable and time-sensitive. There are clearly major bugs and compatibility issues with iPhones. Until the developers take these problems seriously and fix the app, I strongly advise against using it on iOS.

I really like the Feres app, but I’m taking off one star because of one small issue. The profile picture update doesn’t seem to be working, it just won’t change! This sometimes leads to a bit of back and forth with drivers since I’ve been registered for six years. I’d really appreciate it if you could fix this soon. Thanks!

Scammers!!! First of all the price is at least 20% more expensive than RIDE and secondly the app promises 100 miles free once you’ve travelled three trips using the app,but in the end u can’t use those miles for free, they also have an option that allows you to change the miles in to airtime but guess what , it doesn’t work lol so please consider these circumstances before installing the app, don’t be fooled by the 100 free miles ad, thank you
