Feenko: Subscription Manager

I had difficulty with this app and actually signed up for it twice and then was not able to access it. Probably do that. I’m not text savvy and also that I’m elderly and this is all new to me. I did contact them and ask for a refund because I signed up with 9.99 twice and never was able to use it. It really sounded like a great idea especially for someone like me that doesn’t know of a lot of what Turned out to be a subscription or not. They told me they are trying to make it right and will be refunding both my payments and we’re even willing to do that after their 14 day deadline, which I really appreciate. Not many companies do well by their promises, but this one does.

I had some problems with pairing to subscriptions on various platforms. I got quick access to human assistance and they worked with me to resolve issues.

I DO NOT do any banking on my phone, tablet, or computers. When I tried to unsubscribe I got a message saying I couldn’t unsubscribe before adding an account. The first and only account it let me add (I didn’t) was for my banking. I can’t take advantage of the free trial period, so now I’ll have ANOTHER UNWANTED SUBSCRIPTION I have to pay for. You have yourself a pretty little scam going. I’ll be talking to my state Attorney General and my Secretary of State, SecState handles business licenses.
