Knowledgeable and very courteous Staff !
I was assisted by Ms. Sadaf Zehra, a team member of Mr. Mohammed Jasim, who was extremely polite and professional throughout the process. Whenever I encounter any issues, I reach out to a senior leader at Faysal Bank and a trusted family friend, and he promptly forwards my request to his team. I truly appreciate the efficiency, coordination, and excellent support provided by everyone involved.

Improved App
Been using this app for some time now & have to admit it has improved a lot with time. Rarely encountered minor issues but were dealt with swiftly by the team especially M.Imran was very helpful!!

Worst App for iPhone and equally incompetent development team
This is the worst App I’ve ever experienced. If there was any option for less than “one star” I would’ve selection that. Though I consider that the Faisal bank must have a large IT setup but that appears to be bunch of incompetent guys. The App doesn’t allow you to proceed for digital consent and subsequently doesn’t let you do any transaction through the App. Despite so many complaints and so many negative reviews, the IT team has not been able to fix the issue. One is unable to use the app for online transactions after its upgrade few months ago. Plus, call centre guys too don’t have any definite info/ knowledge about the App. Hope some sensible guy finds this review. Regards
