Incredible timing on delivery and most importantly, this pharmacy had the medication that my mother urgently needed after checking multiple other stores around town for 2 days.
I’ve tried all weekend to fill a prescription that many pharmacies no longer care in a certain dosage. An acne medication for a teenager. Only higher dosages available. After multiple attempts with your pharmacy chain, they sent me to one specific store that had it in stock. When I went there the clerk refused to fill it as they said the doctor’s handwriting was terrible ( a V looked like a U to him), and the patients date of birth was not on it. This was your store in Marina Vallarta. This issue was not brought up by your other store in Fluvial, nor any other pharmacy chain anywhere in Zona Romantica, Puerto Vallarta. They simply couldn’t fill it because it was not in stock. Highly frustrating to say the least as I do not live close to the Marina location. So what is it, each store has discretion if they don’t like to simply refuse service? Bad policy for your business.
Not sure what’s going on with this app as it has tons of bad coding in its program causing it to lag when a new page has to load or you click on something. So with all the time it takes just scrolling around this app, the last thing you’d want to happen when you go to your cart for checkout, is having almost every single item in your cart say that it’s an unavailable item. They should know that before it goes in the cart. I like that they have in house delivery
