Fantasy Jigsaw - HD Puzzle

Normally I would rate this game a 5 star. Because honestly it’s my favorite game. I play it everyday. Multiple times a day. It’s my go to game when I’m not doing anything else. But since I’ve switched back to an iPhone. The dang screen will go black on me and then I can’t play. Which here lately it’s just been getting worse. And from yesterday to today it has stayed black. I’m so irritated by this. Because it’s my favorite game and it’s the only game I have problems with. Everything else plays just fine. Please fix this problem. I know I can’t be the only one having this issue. I’ve been a loyal customer of yours for years. And I can’t even play the one game I go to, to get some relief from the frustrations of day. It’s how I deal with my stress. And all I’ve been for two days solid now is stressed out. It was one thing when it would happen here and there for short periods of time. But not this long. At least before I could switch over to my tablet to use if the blacking out was happening on my phone. But my son broke that so now I have nothing. And why is it that this only happens on my phone. Help. I don’t want to find another puzzle game to go to. Which I won’t lie I’ve been looking for one. Just haven’t found one yet I like as much as this one. Please help me.

So, I am an older woman….I have the other Jigsaw scapes and love it, but this one is over the top for me. I love the softness and color of each puzzle, and yes definitely fantasy…..makes me feel young again, silly as that may sound. So glad I downloaded this to try. Will definitely be keeping it. Thanx so much for brightening this old ladies day❣️❣️ Just a thought….I really like to do my puzzles in landscape, easier on my eyes…maybe you would consider adding that option🤔thanx for your time.

I was drawn to this puzzle game because of the delightful artistry of the puzzles. I looked forward to what I expected to be thoroughly enjoying the relaxation and challenge. To my disappointment, the challenge has, actually, been trying to find a way to turn off the annoying knock sound that happens when a piece is properly placed! With a 100-piece game, you are bombarded with 100 of these aggravating knocks! By the time I have worked just 2 puzzles, I just can’t take the useless knocking, which is anything but relaxing! Too bad there isn’t a simple, obvious way a player can just turn the knock sound off. Unfortunately, my only other option is to just delete this app, entirely, and move on to a game that doesn’t require the knocking. Disappointing..... * * * * * * Thank you for your speedy response to my dilemma above. With your clear instruction, I was able to find the Sound Effects control and easily turned that toggle to the “off” position. However, when I then resumed the game, the knock was still there. When I checked, the toggle had immediately turned itself back on. There isn’t a “Save” feature, and I couldn’t find any other way to make the toggle remember the “off” position. It sure isn’t a customer-friendly feature, in my experience, and I’m admittedly stumped! I hate to throw in the towel, as I really like your beautifully designed game and would still like to find a relaxing way to enjoy it, without the annoying knock. Am I missing something??? Please, what is the secret to making the on/off toggle remain OFF?! Wilma-B
