If you read the other reviews, you will notice that those morons provide very little context. You have to be a medical professional in order for your account to be approved by Face2Gene team; however, the app still lets you upload/capture a photo and get a diagnose that may or may not be accurate during the “pending approval” period. The app does what it says it will do, so to give it a bad review is nonsensical. I gave it 3 stars because the app is outdated and it’s not something a medical professional would use to help diagnose a patient.

I understand why the developers do not want patients to teach the AI. However, this product holds so much promise for those who are on the disorder diagnose journey. I know It does not give a diagnosis. It does give a direction to the journey and something to use to talk to physicians.

TAKE YOUR CHILD TO A DOCTOR If you are complaining that this app is only for doctors then you obviously haven't gone to one! If you really want to know what the app says GO TO A DOCTOR and ask them to use it! All the angry mom's are exactly the reason this is only for health professionals only. it helps doctors determine which generic condition after they determine there is one. Letting anyone use it would create false positives. I give this app 5 stars for preventing science deniers who have "done their research" from having another thing to justify dangerous alternative "medicine" and "treatments.
