FabHotels: Hotel Booking App

I booked an hotel through fab but after coming to the hotel they simply said that room is not available. They send to me another hotel and travel expenses are 540rupees for that room was not that much fair enough the customer service is very poor. I tried calling to the fab customer support when I select an option to speak with an agent or if I select one number it automatically hang up from their end. No response from anyone. One of the best worst service I ever seen in my life. These are here to loot the people by not serving best to the members.

Poor Service, Customer care dont care on your bookings.
