EY TaxChat

I’ve used TurboTax to prepare my own taxes for decades. Because I had several new transactions this year and was going to be out of town for several weeks, I decided to try EYTax Chat. It was very user-friendly and intuitive, and questions posed through the Chat were responded to in about 24 hours. Tax return and supporting schedules were easy to follow. I was very pleased with the ease and quality of the service and plan to use them again next year!

I’ve used EY Tax Chat for 2 years. Both years were painless. I uploaded required documentation and answered a number of questions, and EY took care of the rest. Communications are executed within the EY Tac Chat app. I found queries take a day to receive a response due to the time zone difference. This year I filed somewhat late and the entire process took about a week from initiation to e-filing.

I was very happy with my experience working with EY TaxChat. They asked good questions to make sure my return was prepared accurately and were available when I had questions once it was done. I would use the service again. Thank you!
