Executive Laser Wash

App has not worked for over a month. It will recognize the location, then say no service selected. No way to contact customer service, all lines are disconnect. Tried deleting the app and reinstalling, that worked for one wash. Then it did not work again. More bug fixes came out recently and reinstalled my app again. Not I cannot log in because it says I have too many devices. It gives a phone number to call for support, which is disconnected. I can’t request credits, or cancel my service. I’m down to calling the bank to dispute charges on my card.

The app is horrible, couldn’t was car today because app needed updated, no where on the app to update. App Store did not have an update! Tried restarting phone, signed out and back into to app! No idea if it’s working! Also 24/7 customer service is worthless! No phone #, no email, automated only with built in answers!

App is extremely finicky. Wash screen disappears all the time before you can hit finish. Then it comes up again next time you go. It needs to be updated to remove all bugs. If this doesn’t get changed soon enough, definitely switching to a new car wash. I don’t think i have seen a single update yet. Also it is a Monthly membership but you are limited to one every two days or 48 hours. Definitely should be told this when you sign up and have 1 a day.
