Evry Jewels

I love this brand. I only buy my jewelry from EVRY and it never fails. I buy their waterproof stuff and they haven’t tarnished even after months of wearing and getting it wet. Even when I got a couple pieces that came broken/tarnished, the service was quick and helpful to give me store credit (I had free warranty added to checkout). HOWEVER, the app itself is quite frustrating to use. It’s slow to respond and really really laggy. I can still order like usual but it takes much longer than it should.

What a poor app. I ordered a necklace for one of my friends for Christmas. Not more than a few days later did I decide to move. I decided to email them as my package would be delivered to my college in the US and I was very worried at this point that she may not get it. They expressed in their email there was nothing they could do, and later emailed me that they delayed it. As if that made no sense at all the necklaces already take weeks to get. So at this point I’m in tears wondering what I can do. The only helpful person in this situation was my mail room who wrote down my friends name and told me she could pick it up. I still have no idea if she got it. Honestly this entire company seems like a scam to me, especially after this entire process that took weeks before I moved. I’d also like to add that no, when I ordered it, I had no idea I was going to be moving yet as I hadn’t formulated that decision until it was too late. Never again will I order from here, they made it so complicated before they even shipped out the necklace. For context I did not receive an email for a tracking number, I did email them to find out they couldn’t do anything only for a $.28 fee to be charged for international shipping! It has been a nightmare to figure out this situation and I would say… DO NOT order form this sight!

However, I do have quite a few complaints. First off, this is a pretty great brand, the pieces take a considerable amount of time to tarnish (the only things I’ve bought that have are rings) and they have lots of very cute pieces. If you’re a girly (or guy) on a budget, this is the place to go. With that said, the app itself could use some work. Lately items in my cart have been disappearing (no, they weren’t out of stock). I’ll add something to my cart, close the app, come back, and it’ll be gone. I also think they should add the option to add a picture to your review as well as providing more silver options. I’m a ring girly and have noticed majority of Evry Jewel’s rings are gold, which is disappointing. I’ve spent quite literally hundreds of dollars on their jewelry and wear it Evry day lol.
