EverPresent

I got all my grandmother’s photos and films digitized and it’s great to have them all in one place that’s easy to share from instead of having to hunt through my millions of phone photos. It also makes it really easy to share to social media, so I like that too!

We had our family photos digitized with EverPresent, and they uploaded everything into this app so we could view it. It’s super easy to use, and I love that I can share things so easily. I even sent photos from my games in high school to my coach (still kicking at 97!). He’s not tech savvy but was able to see them. That alone made it worth it!

I sent a VHS tape to EverPresent to be digitized, and they made it seem as if it was in good hands. It took awhile for the VHS to come back making me feel like there was doing the work with care, when it finally came back my VHS was completely destroyed and in pieces I would have been fine with it being destroyed but they only digitized 3 minutes of video and I had at least one hour of footage on the tape. I’m am very disappointed and upset that now my video is completely gone. I will be seeking a full refund for this terrible service I do not recommend using EverPresent for any video file digitizing at all they are just a scam
