Evercoin: Bitcoin, Ripple, ETH

I just got into Crypto a week ago and trying to buy what you want when you want can be very, very challenging. I wanted to invest in XRP when it was .74.. I was waiting days to be verified on other exchanges.. thankfully I found Evercoin. I buy litecoin on coinbase then exchange it with Evercoin into XRP which sends to my XRP wallet in a matter of minutes. The app interface is perfect. The thing I like the best tho is the CUSTOMER SUPPORT IT IS AMAZING!! I hope the three gents running this app get very wealthy because they do an amazing job and deserve it. Very responsive and for a noob like me with a ton of questions they’ve walked me through the whole process. Every other exchange I’ve emailed multiple times with no response at all.. Without them I wouldn’t have been able to get my XRP which a little earlier today was $1.24. To the moon perhaps? Any way love this app highly recommend they’re the best.. thank you!!! 5 stars.

I’m new to crypto currency and stumbled upon this app trying to obtain XRP. It took a few tries before I realized after starting the transfer I had to send the funds to the wallet ID that appeared, so if you’re new remember that lol. What made me really love this app after I figured out how easy it was is the developers. They care about the user experience. As I mentioned I’m new to this, (as I imagine a lot reading this are), I didn’t realize bitcoin had such high fees. So when I transferred to XRP it became less than the amount needed to activate my wallet. I didn’t know what to do, didn’t know who to ask for my coin or what to do. So I messaged both. Within an hour I met Ahmet, solid dude and beyond nice. He was extremely helpful and even sent me a few extra coin, I’m guessing as a kind gesture for me being new and getting hit with the fees. Either way, even though it’s only a couple dollars, the thought goes a long way. Long enough to get a guy who never writes reviews to end up writing a novel on Ahmet the superhero. So based on having no clue what I was doing and being able to figure it out within a few minutes, to having great staff that were really helpful. I’d recommend this app to anybody. Plus it’s the easiest way I’ve found to exchange ltc and ether to XRP. If I could high five Ahmet I would.

This app is really easy and fast to use. As a result you should do a basic calculation to figure out what the rate is you’re exchanging at. Slow down, pause and make sure you are happy with the rate. Their fee is incorporated into the rate so do account for that. If you’re not happy with the rate you can check back later because their exchange rates update as prices change. I had an issue when making an exchange at a high volume time and was not happy with the fee. I contacted support and Talip showed me the math and resolved my issue. I previously gave them a one star review due to the issue, but their customer service and willingness to resolve the issue changed my review to a 5 star review. I certainly recommend this app, although I do encourage you to pay attention. If you ever have an issue contact customer support.
