HODL Real-Time Crypto Tracker

I feel like I have tried every other app that is in the App Store and I still come back to HODL!! I kno I could use trading view and have pretty much the same indicators, but this app is just a lot easier to use. My response time with deciding when to buy/sell is alot faster and I can track my portfolio, see what other traders are saying it’s really helpful in making educated decisions of when to HODL, sell, or buy. They have a great support team that I can send a message directly from the app and I have always gotten a reply within an hour. Don’t try every app available like I did-get this one!! Their paid version is worth every single coin!! Full disclosure— the only reason I even tried any other app is because the notification sound drives me nuts and when the market is really volatile I find myself turning the sound off on my phone. I wish there was a way to change the notification sound. Lol I would pay more money a month just to be able to pick the sound it made. But that’s a personal preference not anything to do with the tracking

I had a question about multi-device sync and the developer(s) got back to me within a day. I’ve been dealing with customer service on a few crypto exchanges and they’re notoriously bad at getting back to people (looking at you Coinbase & Binance), so just getting a response was a pleasant surprise and the helpful information was icing on the cake. Anyhow, the app is impressively rich with useful info. From real time prices, to just about any type of chart you could possibly want. Also, the social feed was a feature I didn’t expect to care for, but it ended up being useful to calm my nerves whenever I see my bags have suddenly tanked. Props to the dev team: I’ve been on iOS since it was iPhone OS and this is the first 3rd party subscription I’ve signed up for.

HODL listens to their community and thinks two steps ahead. Wow, thanks devs. I leave a review and you guys had already made an update addressing exactly what bothered me from the previous update. I shouldn’t have doubted the heroic HODL, hercules of coin apps, guardian of the gates at the zenith of crypto olympus. Previous review: Guys, I love the app. Used it for many months now and it’s been everything I want. Every new coin is uploaded quite expediently, it’s great. But the new update- not so much. I’m struggling to get used to the automatically collapsing coin info area at the bottom of the list, and how each coin is pushed to the bottom when selected. This change has bothered me to the point that I had to download another crypto app. The greatness of Hodl was it’s efficiency. I loved being able to just scroll right through my list and check all my current coin details, one after the other. It was quick and easy. Now I find myself constantly scrolling when I just want to quickly go down my list of coins by tapping on the next one, and only scroll when I hit the bottom of the current coins displayed. Now you must scroll to each coin because the selected coin automatically gets pushed to the bottom. This little feature has greatly reduced the user experience in my opinion. I just think it was much smoother when the info pane was manually collapsible.
