Eventee - Your Event Buddy

Implented the Eventee app last minute as we had difficulty publishing our self hosted version. It was a hit. Putting everything together was simple. The attendees loved every feature provided. This app truly saved the day and helped boost engagement at our event.

It was difficult to find the items I was looking for. Apparently, there are some resources on here. I have yet to locate them. I also tried to use the chat feature to connect with 4 other people, no one returned my messages. Either they don’t know about the feature or they were not notified of my message to them. Thank you for the information I was able to receive. I knew the time and location of the breakout sessions. I also knew the guest speakers and their background information. I appreciate all the work that went into this app to get the information to us. The conference was awesome!

I paid for the top tier package to accommodate a large number of attendees. I received hundreds of emails from listeners who were upset because they were unable to access the videos or watch the entire video because of streaming issues. Also, the process for people to login into the app is very difficult. They must enter their email twice. I received a ton of complaints about this. And, when I asked the Constantin about the issues, he said it was because videos were not loaded in the app. How could that be if some people were able to view the videos and rated them inside the app but others were not able to access the videos at all. This was a complete disaster. Great concept but horrible and damaged my reputation with my attendees .
