Since the recent maintenance, I have encountered an issue where the app is no longer functioning as expected. I have tried several troubleshooting steps—including logging out and back in, uninstalling and reinstalling the app, and rebooting my phone—but unfortunately, the problem persists. I’ve also noticed that the current user interface feels more difficult to navigate compared to previous versions. If possible, I’d be grateful if you could consider simplifying the layout or revisiting elements from the earlier design, which I found to be more intuitive and user-friendly.
Quite possible the worst upgrade known to mankind! Why on earth upgrade the app to make it so difficult to use. It’s as if the work experience kid was given the green light and designed it. Old version MUST come back. Can no longer see daily average usage unless I click through to another site which has so far not even loaded so another issue altogether. Off to AGL I go. Update: no improvements made to recent update. I can not even view my account as no browser is supported. Download chrome - still not supported. Have left and gone to AGL.
I agree with above review. The latest app change is awful to use compared to the one which it replaced & contains errors. It no longer provides the average daily usage on the front screen. Nor does it include the obligatory message on the front screen advising if Energy Australia offers a cheaper plan than the one which you are currently on as did the previous one. I cannot find where (if at all) the latest app details the different “shoulders” & prices charged during various times of the day. The previous app was far easier & user friendly to navigate the site than this new version.
