Enchant: Affirmations,Hypnosis

What more could you ask for when you just want to be somewhere else for a moment or longer!

The affirmations are really awesome and I play them regularly; but the hypnosis is lacking , not enough time is given to actually get into it and the sound effects are not super helpful. Similar to fabulous’ guided meditations, not enough space and time between speaking is given for the listener to take in whats being said and reflect internally. Would really like a bookmark/save/favorite option, navigating the app to find a favorite recording is sort of annoying.

I have been using these apps for almost a year now and I absolutely enjoy them. They help me create a new routine, there are always different insightful stories to listen to every day. I’ve learned so much through using these apps and they don’t even take up that much time of my day each day.
