I use this app for my job and now it’s not letting me log in because it’s saying “Error Having trouble? Send Feedback whenever I try to do the facial recognition before it allows me to log in it doesn’t let me it’s not scanning my face

No one I’ve talked to hasn’t had some sort of problem with this app. It is literally awful, from not being able to clock in, to not being able to verify my device, to not being able to update the app, to not being able to request subs, to not remember any of my information when I have to log into the app. It’s miraculous how this app can’t do a single thing that it’s supposed to do. Terrible.

This is supposed to be an app you can access on your phone and easily navigate through to view your paystub or whatever. They have failed to make it easy because every time I sign on I always have to type in my password and I can’t use a fingerprint or Face ID. While inside the app it is set up for a desktop not a mobile app with half of the screens disappearing on so many of the sections. This App needs a lot of work and a huge update
