Ran the registration procedure, and already using the IAM Smart for accelerating the registration. However, when asking me to creat the account name with password, how come the password confirm input is below the iOS keyboard and I cannot see what I am typing. It seems the app is not well tested in the account creation flow. Also, the app password field cannot rely on iOS password manager function, forcing the user to type the password individually, and likely user chose to type weak password, instead of system-generated high secure password. Why eMPF choosing not to allow user to use iOS password manager for convenience and secure? If I jump out eMPF temporarily and generate password from iOS password manager, and copy and paste the good password, jump back to the eMPF will restart the account creation flow, the design is so brilliant and inhuman, who design it?

I am trying to register an employer account for my company, it took me more than 15mins to take pic of the HKID and fill in the primary and secondary contact information, then the apps just crashed when I tried to upload the authorization form. Tried twice, one by taking picture and one by uploading the picture from photo album, both crashed at the same spot. It is just waste of time. As I have to register the account soon in order for the upcoming MPF submission, can someone fix this issue asap! It is a shame that to launch a system and the apps is completely garbage.

Literarily not ready to launch for the whole HK community. I registered and activated the account. But when I tried to login, it said account has not been registered. Then I tried to register it again, it said an account has been registered already but not activated. I tried to activate it again, it said account has not been registered. Then I tried to find another button to select on the interface. The only one I could find is “forget pw”. So I tried to rest it. But the above error messages repeatedly pop up. No online help or even AI robot available. Though usually not helpful. RUBBISH APP!
