Called in for various questions I had. A rep named Jared answered my call. I got to say that Jared was a wonderful help, I appreciated his genuine concern with my situation and his eagerness to help out a customer. Thank you Jared for being awesome! Also, AP Systems, give Jared a raise! There’s few employees like this who actually care about their customers. He should be compensated as such!

Never fails to have something not work correctly in this app. It’s kinda embarrassing when I’m in front of a customer and trying to give them confidence in the product they spent a very large sum of money on, only for not even the app to work properly. Don’t even get me started on the amount of micro inverters we replace monthly across all our customers.

Literally had to have a coworker who thankfully had an android phone do the monitoring setup. As soon as he opened his app his automatically connected. The apple version of this app is trash.
