Nice platform. Better than cantelope because of the mobile app. Its easy to edit products and prices. I will say there are some glitches when adding bins and product restock. It wont update sometimes if i go back to check. I have to close out and reopen app to see updated stock. Id give 5 stars if thats fixed. Still the best out there

This app gives eyes to running a vending business, where before you didn’t know what to bring or what was sold this app gives you “eyes’” into the machine. Know what sold, what vends didn’t drop and most importantly whether someone was charged or not. It is helped me when a customer has called saying the machine took their money and they didn’t receive the product. I was able to look and see that they weren’t charged and assure them that they would not be charged. And encourage them to go vend the same product again. This also helps with filling the machine as you can see how many of each item is needed. My favorite feature is the dashboard were you can see how much money you’ve made on each machine on a daily basis! So satisfying!
