The app itself and web version of it are not usable (cases down have been tested with different operation systems) - 1. The loading times are crazy regardless how fast your internet is 2. UX is quite bad or atleast not working as expected - the buttons when watching something sometimes freeze 3. It’s sometimes impossible to start a movie/series because it just won’t start. Probably because of the combination of points 1 & 2 Have tried a lot of other streaming platforms and this unfortunately is by far the worst. Do not recommend.

I’ve been extremely disappointed with the Elisa Elamus app. Despite having a contract that clearly outlines access to specific shows and content, the app fails to deliver. Most of the time, the shows I should be able to watch either don’t load or are unavailable, which completely defeats the purpose of the service. The interface itself is often unresponsive, and the streaming quality is unreliable even with a stable internet connection. These issues make the overall experience frustrating, especially since I am paying for something that is not working as promised. I’ve tried reaching out for support, but the solutions offered haven’t resolved the issues. I wouldn’t recommend this app in its current state unless significant improvements are made.
