Elevance Health Pulse

I already changed my external email in Self Service IT but the app keeps sending security codes to my work email which I would not have access to and why I am using the app on my phone.

This app requires a one-time passcode every time I try to use it. The only option it gives me to send the passcode to is my work (Anthem) email, which I am not able to have on my personal phone. I use the app when I am away from my work computer too check something in the Pulse site, so having to log on to my work computer for the passcode email, then makes this app pointless.

I’m loving this app so far! Everything from pulse easily accessible on the go! The bot makes it easy to pull up the pages your needing to get to! It’s a winner for me!
